Is there any chance you could recommend another sitemap generator to DOES index Phoca Gallery images?

Or would you happen to be working on something to address this issue with Xmap?

Hi, I cannot recommend you any other site map component as I don't have any experiences with site map components

I don't know the code of the plugin, but the plugin needs to recognize, if the site uses nopopup if yes, then there should be loaded images from database and create the links to them, but cannot really add more detailed info as I don't know them

In my case is even worst as I can't even get categories to show in the xmap, mainly cause I can't find the plugin everyone metions here.

If you take a look at Joomgallery Jan you will see how they use a nice layout that creates what you use as a popup but integrated in the same window and creating a unique URL for that image, therefore, indexed by sitemaps.

Anyway I don't see any use in unique urls indexed for each image.

I mean how you name each similar image?

image1.html
image2.html etc?

And whats the use of that in SEO terms? I think categories is just fine unless you are planning to write a full description in each single image.

any one i have the same problem i want may picture came in Google search and i need to seo my images i upload all the picture in phocagallery and i try to make a image sitemap with xamp but it didn't work can you halp me it is a lot of images and i do not have enough time to upload them again in another system

Hi, if you images will be displayed on Google search sites, this depends on robots which will visit your site, try to see webmaster tools in Google and get tips how to make your site popular so robots will visit it.
