Is it possible PG 4.1.0 to be installed as a component in J 3.2.3?
Joomla running locally under XAMPP returns an error - Installation package can not be found.

Hi, Phoca Gallery is Joomla! 3.2.x component, if you get troubles there, try to see all the permissions, ownership of files and folders, try to recheck Joomla! installation, erroLog, etc. In fact this problem is not related to Phoca Gallery itself, as installation procedure is a part of Joomla! com_installer component (but mostly if there is a problem, it is caused by server limits or settings
)

[SOLVED] Phoca Gallery 4.1.0 and Joomla 3.2.3
Thanks for your reply.
It seems to be server side limitation indeed.
It is strange for me why in the most latest version of XAMPP - 3.2.1, file upload is limited to only 2M ??
After problems with uploading images in Joomla, I increased this limit to 20M.
Phoca Gallery installation passed without errors after that.
