Java Error when using Multiple Add

I've already verified that this is happening on Firefox, IE, and Chrome.
I've tried different computers, and I've also tried other websites with Phoca.

This problem is within the latest build of Phoca Gallery. I even tried 2.8.7, and 2.8.5, and no joy.

Steps to reproduce:
Images>Multiple Add>Click Folder to expand subfolders of already uploaded folders with images. The page simply refreshes. No subfolders are shown.
Before you ask YES there are subfolders in the main phocagallery folder, and yes the permissions are correct.

Java console shows: Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-2" java.lang.IllegalStateException: Applet's parent container not set up

You should be able to view the subfolders of any image folders in the /phocagallery folder and add them one at a time, but java is stopping that from happening.

As I said, its not java on my machine, I'm able to use this feature on a joomla website that has an older version of Phoca (j1.5, phoca 2.1) but not on j2.5, phoca 3.2.7.

Hi, unfortunately I am not Java developer and the used java applet to upload images in Phoca Gallery is experimental, try to recheck the java setting in the computer. I am testing now the java feature with 2.5 and for me it is working, but really cannot say what can be wrong there (as there they can be a lot of factors which influence java on the pc )

I thought of that. However I tried to access the exact same page from three other computers, on different networks, and all produce the same problem.
As I stated, an older version of Phocagallery it works, its just on the new ones, which seem to be all versions compatible with j2.5 don't work. Very strange.
Can you tellme what version of java you are using on your pc? I have the latest, but no joy on getting phocagallery to work.

I figured it out. My folders containing photos has spaces in the names.
