database error after installing 4.0 / 4.0.2

Hello,

after upgrading Phoca Gallery to 4.0.2 I get an error message on each page with gallery content.
Error number is 1146, error message is:

Table 'DB1311782.jos_phocagallery_styles' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT a.filename as filename, a.type as type, a.menulink as menulink FROM jos_phocagallery_styles AS a WHERE a.published = 1 ORDER BY a.type, a.ordering ASC

The table is really missing, but why? Did I make a mistake on upgrading to phoca gallery 4.0? I didn't tested 4.0, because I have all my pictures as plugins, and the plugin is available since 4.0.2.

How can I fix this?

Hi, there were no changes regarding this, so while upgrading there were no changed in database Really no idea why the table is not there, try to add it manually:
