Flash not installed - Multi file uploader in front end

I searched already the forum for a solution but didn't find any.
I am using Phoca Gallery on a new website, but when I enable the multi file uploader, I get a message that Flash is not installed. This is in thre front end.
The backend is working properly.

any help?

Hi, try to check other method of multiple upload feature, if it works. Testing it without any problem
Maybe, check if you don't get any javascript error on your frontend site.
