Phoca Gallery 3.1.2 Error after enabling

Hi.

I downloaded "plg_content_phocagallery_3.1.2.zip" and installed via the Extension Manager / Upload Package File.
Installation plugin was successful.
Plugin successfully enabled.

I find no Phoca Gallery item under Components.
When I click on Phoca Gallery Plugin in the Plugin Manager i get this error message:

"Warning: require_once(D:\wamp\www\joomla/administrator\components\com_phocagallery\libraries\loader.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\wamp\www\joomla\plugins\content\phocagallery\phocagallery.php on line 20"

I check and find that there is no "administrato/components/com_phocagallery" folder .

I have installed other plugins and all other works just fine so there must something special with Phoca Gallery plugin.

Any suggestions to what can be the reason for this problem?

You must install the Component http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsre ... v3.1.5.zip
