Having trouble getting it to work

Hi,

I've installed the current version of the plugins and component, uploaded my files, put them into catagories and used the plugin to put the correct code into the articles, however when I come to do a test download all it does is link to a blank page and does nothing. I'm also not getting the 'download' or 'preview' boxes even though I've selected YES to each. Very confused.

I've followed your instructions, however I can't figure out what the link to the component is.

I must either be blind, or too tired after pulling hair out.

Looks like a great component, and I really want to get it working.
