Email Notification on upload file

Is it possible to have an email notification to administrator when a user upload a file from front-end?

Hi, see the parameters, you can select a person which will be notified if user will upload a file.

Hi, really no idea, all the features are moved because of Joomla! 1.6 everything must be overwritten (which takes more than a lot of time )
