Download User related

Hi, you can set download rights per user (category - user) so it means every user get one category where one file will be stored e.g.

I am trying to figure this out as well, but dont seem to be able to select specifik user to each categori, I can choose which ones have upload rights, but not the download part.

Hope you can help me with this one.

P.s. Using version 1.3.1.
