Video in Internet Explorer

Hi

I have been using PD for a couple of weeks, and everything works perfectly except for two things.

1:When I set a link to play an FLV video through a content item (via the plugin), i can view the video in all browsers except IE. 2:When is set two items, one video and one mp3 to play through a content item (via the plugin), if I have a video after an mp3 then the video gets all squashed up.

Does any one have a suggestion or has encountered this issue?
