Thumbnail not created for Modal

When using the modal box for opeinig an image, the thunmbnail producers a 404 page not found.

a few other popup methods work, thunbnails are being created for some of them but not for others.

for example
modal box is looking for the image named....

thumbs/phoca_thumb_l1_phantom-shot_1.jpg

but it was not created and other version of the thubnail were. l, m1,m2,m3,s1,s2,s3

yet this image was created
thumbs/phoca_thumb_l_phantom-shot_1.jpg

but no "l" is added to that particular image

There is no l1,l2,l3 ect

Hi, if you are using additional thumbnails, then you need to recreate thumbnails again, so such additional thumbnails are created:
