Access rights uploaded files

Hi,
I've implemented user upload on my site. When a user uploads a fiel, the file gets acces rights that are not the user's.
Every time a user uploads a file the acces rights are set to "beheerder" (a level i created). I want the files to be uploaded with "public" or "registered"

how do i do that?
Anyone a suggestion?

Hi, not sure what you exactly mean. When user uploads a file, then no access rights are set, this means as default, the file can be downloaded by public.

Hi Jan,

Thanks for your respons.
On my site only registered user can upload files. The admin always has to authorize the upload.
At this moment when a file is uploaded the admin has to do two things:
1. authorize
2. Change the accesrichts of the uploaded file form "beheerder" to "Public"

If admin does not execute step two, user cannot see his files in the download section

So, somewhere during the uploadproces the acces right of the file are set, and in my case with the wrong rights
I hope i made things clearer now?

Hi,

1) in options you can set that there is not needed the authorization
2) hmmm, uploaded files are always public
