Same old, same old here. I'm starting to fall into routine (not baseball season LOL) with freelancing. I also want to get started on some household / decluttering projects too, before the holidays. Do any of you cherries follow Flylady? She's always in the back of my head but I think I need to get back into her routines/program. Doing something is better than doing nothing. 

As for scrapping - I finished sketch 400 and need to take pictures. I am working on a card for the Black Friday #1 challenge. And I have some pictures out for Flasher's Halloween challenges. 

I’ve heard of flylady but I haven’t seen any of her videos. Good for you getting things decluttered and organized!

One of the things I want to do is go through our old audio cassettes. We don't have anything to play them on anymore and I was thinking to go through and make up "mix tapes" on Spotify and get rid of the cassettes. It would free up a couple of bookshelves...you know, for books LOL! 

That’s a brilliant idea!!! If you have any of the case holders like the ones you could hang on the wall they’re perfect for storing most inks!!!!

Good morning cherries! We have finally cooled down and humidity has came down....but only for the day!   Woke up to 55 and will warm up to 90. Tomorrow? Low 78 and high in the upper 90s.   Went on my morning walk to enjoy the cooler temps. Bedsheets in the dryer and am about to get started on work. Yesterday was even more brutal than Monday. I was so cranky and brain dead   Slept okay though. Hoping today is alot smoother. Need to finish something major than do an upgrade this evening.

Cooler weather and lower humidity is always good!  I can’t believe you are still in the upper 90’s!  I definitely couldn’t live in Texas. lol

Good morning!
the rain finally stopped and the sun is out, but it's a lot cooler today.  I am hoping today goes by so quickly.  I just don't want to be here.  i want to be home scrapping and snuggling my kitties.

I'm trying to finish up the Halloween party challenges - 1 more to go.  And my Halloween pics won't be here until after the deadline.  So I am searching older pics to find stuff to work with.
I finished up 2 pages last night and was pretty happy about that.
IF today turns out to be a slow day, I'm hoping to meal plan, grocery list and plan pages for the weekend.
Bowling season has started for Jason, so I'll be getting home a little later almost every night.  Time to do some prepping!

Oh, I felt this!  I am trying to be the inspiring teacher, but when it becomes darker and colder, it is so hard!  I would love to stay home and scrap and cuddle with Eliza!

Good morning. I just found out I'm getting a delivery today at an unknown time. I was supposed to get my roots colored this morning but they were nice enough to switch it to the evening after my husband gets home in case it hasn't come by then.

I plan to continue working on my Tonga album. I'm making great progress after doing nothing for a month. Here are the pages I did yesterday. most are 6x8 but some are much smaller

First major snowstorm of the year hit us last night.  This means hubby is working from home today...in the craft room.  Oh well.  I was able to finish up a card and clean my desk before he started, and maybe I will get a chance to do some crafting later.

OMG!  SNOW is a 4-letter word! lol. I would be home, curled up in the fetal position if it snowed this early! lol

Beautiful morning here in SE PA!  It was 62 at 7 am and the high today is 82.  Crazy weather for November 6th.  I'll take it!  We went from heat to AC to heat and back to AC.  LOL!   DH helped me pack the car this morning for my departure tomorrow to a crop for the next 4 days.  So looking forward to it as my sister will be there along with a couple of my Pocono crafty friends.  Had our water system and well checked this morning and all is good.  Picking up DGD at noon for an afternoon appointment.  Then, this afternoon I will finish up printing photos to scrap.  Thankful yesterday is over....

I can hardly believe this weather! I have a lilac bush with green leaves and a few, small blooms on it…it is so confused. lol

Hey Cherries lol I don't think mine posted yesterday but it's okay lol yesterday was an intense day! I was brain dead again after work last night!  
I'm off the next days and am happy! I plan on doing some crafting! I want to do some challenges! I REALLY have a variety of projects on my mind! (When it's slow or annoying at work, I JUST think about all the arts and crafts stuff that I want to do! LOL!)

Woke up early to rolling thunder and lightening.  Big and loud.  Still pouring rain with occasional thunder but accuweather says no rain by time grandkids bus gets here around 2:30.  DD says they’re used to it and I should not walk down and meet them at the bus stop if still raining!  apparently 7 and 9 year olds don’t melt in the rain but old grandmas do.

nothing much going on today.  I’m shopping on the phone and trying not to buy anything lol.   I am halfway through and so far only ordered once.  lol. I really want my craft stuff to play with.  doing my laundry today woohoo. lol

oh well. Have a wishful Wednesday 

  I get trying not to buy anything!  Trying to save for Christmas.

Hi Cherries! It’s absolutely miserable weather today! Even the geese don’t want to be out in it!!! There’s little water streams all over the yard. And puddles too. I think I’ll be staying in the cabin as long as it’s like this!!! 

I’m feeling better so far today… Hopefully it stays that way! I started the candy corn layout last night so I want to finish it today. And I want to do the weekly sketch today too. I also need to do some cleaning.

I get it!  I feel sort of selfish, because we really need the rain, but today was so dreary.  It’s bad enough when it gets dark at 5:45, thanks to DST.  I just don’t like all day rainy days. lol

Oh! We did used to have one of those kinds years ago but got rid of it. Right now we have a little boxlike thing with drawers. I could see if the inks fit in there. I never would have thought of that! Good idea, thanks!

I get it…my azalea bush has buds!  What?  Maybe because it was so hot and dry.  No idea.

I'm pretty sure she would be on YouTube. I use her website -- flylady.net --- and have been on and off for years. Her other big saying is you can do anything for 15 minutes. And sometimes you (I!) put something off thinking it's going to be overwhelming and take forever and then it takes like 8 minutes LOL!

THAT sounds like ME! Like I ALWAYS have a (clean) like of laundry to put away, AND my work area in the living room is overflowing with assorted supplies! (Though, I sometimes forget about things if I can't see them lol I'm doing better though!) 

You are my spirit animal! LOL! I'm lucky that my scrappy area is a corner of the bedroom so it's not out in everybody's way. But I always leave things out so I remember to do whatever with it. Then my husband comes along, puts it away, and wonders why I forgot to do it. I really have to operate under the "if it was a snake, it would have bit me" way of thinking

I hear you Laura!  Just don't ever move to Southeast Alaska!!!    It rains a LOT here.  But then the Tongass National Forest surrounds us and it's a rainforest so we basically live in a rain forest.  It has rained almost every single day for weeks.  And October and March are our very stormy months.  But the storms haven't stopped and we've got another one and possibly 2 coming this week...  Most of the time they're strong winds and lots of rain.  But we often get hurricane and gale force winds here and it's like normal and we all just keep going on about our business.  Everything is relative I guess... LOL!

It's actually still snowing, which is surprising.  We typically don't get this much snow (maybe once or twice a year.)  We have probably had about 7 inches, with another 7-8 expected in the next two days.

Snow already!? Ack! It's about 80 degrees here today. I'm glad we didn't put all the fans away yet. Boo on hubby being in the craft room though! 

We are having pretty crazy weather for here.  The storm is still going, so now he's working from home the rest of the week.  Might have drag some of my supplies into a different room.

lots of businesses have closed now and even a lot of the highways.  Definitely time to stay home!
