I was so excited to get a chance to meet up with a DC today. Misty aka Mommyof5. The creative keepsake conference is right up the road from me. I took a break from Hurricane stuff with sweet Misty's encouragement. I'm so glad I did and went. It really was great to meet up and talk and shop!! Such a sweet soul! I look forward to many meet ups!! I'm so excited to have a crafty friend close to me! I think we cleaned up pretty nicely for not having power and dealing with a disaster lol my heart is happy!

I agree it was a sweet meeting I'm so happy to have her close to me. Texas is so big. One day I hope to get all the Texas DC's in one big meet up. We will have to find a middle spot to meet. You can literally drive a full day and still be in Texas lol enjoy y'alls meet up Vicki!

Oh how wonderfully fun for both of you!  So glad you were able to escape reality for a little while and meeting up with a DC is the cherry on top!  Creative Keepsakes comes to New Hampshire in September.  It's a couple hours away from me, but I sure would love to meet a fellow DC.  Any DC's in Maine??
