I want to say I ended up buying them at Staples. That was the last office supply chain store in my area and when I couldn't find signo there, I believe that was when I decided I needed to just try something so I grabbed that pack. I've never had a problem with them.mgehrke wrote:Where did you buy yours?redsonic20 wrote:I love my Sakura Gelly Rolls. I bought a 3 pack when I finally gave up hunting down a signo because they were impossible to find anywhere but online.
I have the white Sakura gel pen also, and it works great... all of the colours do, actually! I got those here, but the white one at. Michaels.

WooHoo!!!!! I stopped at J's on my way home from work and found the white pen that Carrie got for $1.99. I can't wait to try it. Hopefully yet tonight

I bought a 2-pack of Sakura's white Gelly roll pens, and never had trouble with the first one out of the package. And, I've used it well over a year. But the other day, I got out the other one out of the package, (and one of my kids may have tried it out and taken the little dab of glue or whatever is usually on the end when they're new), and it wouldn't work. Bummed. But it's still better than not working the second time I tried like other brands!

I like the Sakura jelly roll white pen too. But I did get a white chalk marker in the dollar bin at target a couple weeks ago. It is a chisel tip and looks like chalk- so not as crisp white as the Sakura jelly pen. It was fun to doodle with- a little harder to journal with.

Up until two years ago I used a duel tipped Zig. Sadly they are not made anymore. Loved having a fine tip and broad tip! They lasted a long time to. Got my first one in '07 and second lasted to 2012.
I found the Sanford Signo Uniball Gel White pen here in the shop. Writes well on any color but has a sweet spot where angel and pressure gives best result. Definitely not a Zig. I also did some research on it and biggest complaint is how easily they dry up. I store all my pens writing tip down and have never had problems with my gel pens drying. I will say I do like the pen!
I have ordered several times straight from Marvy for their paint pens. Might just have to order their white pen to try it out. It's either 24 miles or 40 miles depending on which house I am at to a Jo-Ann's for me so unless I am going for some other reason and without DH I don't go.

I just bought a white painters pen from walmart. It's a fine tip and I'll post an example in a minute!!

The pen was in the craft dept beside the craft paint at Walmart. I wrote "I love pens!" with it on the dark blue! It shows up very well! It's a painters pen so it has the little ball inside that you need to shake and then pump the pen before it works!! It was under $3 I think!

I like the pen, but I LOVE your handwriting!joannie wrote:

I had the Uniball white pens that I ordered from Stampin' Up, but I had problems with them. So, I bought the Sakura Jelly Roll white pens and love them. I got mine at HL and used a 40% coupon. So they were super cheap!

Sakura white gel pens. They are the ONLY ones worth the money.
I have the Signo uniball, just checked it and it's starting to skip but I've had it for years and did well for me. I need to purchase one too. Maybe I'll try something new just to compare.
