Decided to try this challenge this month! Had a great time with it- thanks! For my technique/trends I used masking and enamel dots. My old items are the paper, alphas, and flowers, all Creative Memories Reflections line. My new items were the Dear Lizzy Daydreamer pinwheel flower, Lawn Fawn Hello Sunshine flair, and Elle's Studio Everyday Moments Snipet. Thanks for looking!
I loved this challenge and the sketch! I'm also combining this with the May/June Graphic Design challenge. The two trendy things I used are sewing and chevrons. The three new things are Kaisercraft Mister Fox diecuts, Tim Holtz rub-ons (on journal card), and the third is a new Tim Holtz stacked stars die I used to make the fabric stars. The three old things are Simple Stories Awesome papers, a metal bookplate and some Webster's Storytellers alpha stickers from my stash. Thanks for posting such a fun challenge!

Wow absolutely love the soft mint green with the grey and purple accents. Great job with the homemade enamel dots and pulling out the ancient deco scissors! Such a sweet page... thanks for playing!Craftyshannon wrote:

Amanda! You are so great at the "white space" thing! Love the Lily Bee papers, you've inspired me to pull mine out and mix them with new embellies for a modern look. Thanks for playing!

I flipped the sketch over. My 2 new trends are misting and chevron arrows. My 3 new items from my stash are Fancy Pants patterned paper with globe, enamel dots and view master embellishment. My 3 old items from my stash are cardstock, number stickers and heart punch.
Here's my entry! My trends are: misting and enamel dots. My new things are: Hazel & Ruby mask, papers, and Studio Calico word stickers ("smile big!" and "adore you"). My old things are: border punch, ribbon, flowers (and, I threw in some very old photo corners!)
Lol, on the photo corners, my DD#1 asked, "Why are you licking them??" Haha, that's how old those things are! They were the old lick 'em & stick 'em!
