I placed an ACOT order this morning at about 8:25 am before I started my work day. Less than 4 hours later I got an email that my order had shipped which provided a tracking number.
I know some of you (maybe most of you) are used to the quick turn around of orders from ACOT. But I work for a fulfillment company and although we have some clients that have a contract that requires same day shipping, we don't meet the same quick response as ACOT. You guys ROCK!!!

I had the same thing happen yesterday--I wasn't planning on ordering anything....got an order at the Labor day sale! But I have been waiting and waiting for the Crate Paper frames to come in and they notified me early yesterday so I HAD to get them -- I waited 2 x already and they may not get anymore after this one.But I got the same response after just a couple hours that my order had shipped! amazing! Thanks ACOT!

That's awesome! My very first order with ACOT was pretty small (mostly washi tape and some other little items) and I was fully expecting something to be wrong with it. They just have so many THOUSANDS of items that they can't be FAST AND ACCURATE, but they really are! I probably won't get a notice on mine until Monday because I just ordered today and it's the weekend, but they must employ superheroes or something!

I KNOW... RIGHT?!! I have placed large orders at midnight, and woke up the next morning to shipment notices. And it's that way every.single.time. Well, unless it's after 5:00 on Friday night then it's always shipped by around 9:00 (CST) on Monday morning. And then, to top it all off... I usually get my package 3-4 days later (i.e., ships on Monday, receive on Thursday) and I live all the way down in Florida. Just think how fast I'd get it if I moved back home to Pontiac!!!

yeah I placed another order one evening this week and got my notice it shipped the next morning too. Hope this one does not go to Hawaii before arriving. ETA is Monday and I can't wait. lol
