I do occasionally repeat a title, if it fits, use it. I find there are no significant rules in scrapbooking (except for keeping your pictures protected by using acidfree materials). If you like it, it is just fine!!

I seldom title each layout. I prefer to have a title page for the album and then a title here and there for the layouts

I try not to repeat, but I'm sure I have. When I get really stuck, I just Google scrapbook page titles and I'll usually find something.
