Titles?
Just curious....do any of you repeat titles in your albums? Or try to come up with something new for each LO? I know I've repeated the title "Family" but don't think it's too noticeable since there are a lot of other pages between. Does it matter to you if they repeat? Which do you use the most?

Re: Titles?
I have repeated a few, but I do try to think of something I haven't used. But if it fits the page, I will re-use a title for sure. :)

Re: Titles?
I *try* to be creative and come up with different titles, but every once in a while nothing will come to me and I'll repeat a title. Or two. Usually its like "Family Time" and "Family Moments". Or those bday layouts - "Happy birthday" and "Birthday Wishes" - its hard to come up with different titles.

With the doggie layouts, I know I'm guilty repeating titles - "Dog Tired" and Dog-gone Cute" are two that I will use over and over again if I can't come up with anything else.

Re: Titles?
I guess I have used a couple more than once, but I try to come up with something different. In the past I have used scrapbook.com for title ideas.

Re: Titles?
Sometimes I end up repeating titles and having a set of themed pages. Since I did the "Doppelganger"page of my brother I want to do a series of those with my other brothers, but I have to find their doppelgangers first!

Re: Titles?
I try not to repeat. I'll look up a quote and pull from that. Or if I really can't come up with one, I will repeat. But I prefer not to.

Re: Titles?
I don't think I've ever repeated a title, but I haven't really been paying attention ... I'd have to go back and check my albums! I do know that the word "beach" appears on quite a few of my pages .. I love the beach, Fun at the beach, Beach time, etc

I don't think that I've repeated titles... I also have used scrapbook.com when I've been stuck or just go browse the gallery!

Re: Titles?
With scrapping for about 13 years and for 7 grandkids I know I've reused titles. I don't think it's a big deal because the layouts will most likely be in different albums. I try to find different titles, but sometimes the obvious is what works best with the page. :)

Re: Titles?
I try to be original with my titles, but I have over 44 completed albums so I don't worry too much if I repeat something. I don't like to repeat in the same album however.

Re: Titles?
Most of the time when I pull out photos to scrap, a title will pop into my head, and I HAVE to use it. I think they are generally different, but like others have already said, some may be repeated like the "Family" and "Birthday" ones. But the other day, when I was putting pages into their albums, I noticed that I used the very same title, "Li'l Artist", for layouts of my youngest daughter--different years and themes, but the very same title. Thank goodness they are in different albums!

Re: Titles?
I know with the amount of regular and gift albums I've made I must've repeated a title or two. But not in the same album.

Re: Titles?
I have repeated a title but I don't always use a title either. If it is an album about a certain person or theme, I don't use a title on each LO.

I really try not to repeat also. I may have used one word from a longer title, or something like that, but try to be creative each time.

Re: Titles?
Interesting question... I don't think I've ever repeated a title. But it's possible that I have and I don't know it! There have been times where I've purposely not repeated a title because both pages are in the same album.

I don't think I have repeated a title. I try to come up with titles that relate specifically to the pictures.

If I am stuck trying to think of a title other than something already used, and especially if it's obvious what's going on I don't use one.

Re: Titles?
I try not to. I have to admit, my titles are not my strong point. I usually look at the gallery or ask my dh. He always has a good one.
