I have never done this before..
I am working on two layouts at the SAME time?? Honestly, I have never done that!!! I usually have to finish one before I move onto the next. For some reason (have not a clue why?? LOL) I have two side by side and will do something on one, look at the other one do something on that one and back and forth. SO WEIRD for me!! But it is almost like killing two birds with one stone. LOL

I know what a biggie that is Sus, because I am the same way. I have to finish the one I am working on before moving on to the next The closest I ever came to two at one time was when I was working on a paper layout and also had a digi on my screen and went back and forth between the two. I don't usually even do that!

LOL! I think the only time I have 2 out is if I get stuck on one! I'll get going on another, then BAM, a thought occurs and I go back to the first.

Just think of how good it will feel when you are done, not just one but two layouts will be in the books!!!! WTG!

I sometimes have a few going, but they aren't laying side by side! I may start the design on a couple, but then work right through getting one finished. GOOD for you! :winkb:

I've never done that.It seems I can't think of two different projects at the same time...and I'm kind of good at multi tasking LOL

Re: I have never done this before..
LOL! I try to plan layouts before a crop, but end up completing the layout I'm trying to plan, most of the time. If I'm working on two layouts at once, it's usually because I have so many pictures from the event/trip/etc. that I need to figure out how the stack of photos translates into layouts.

I think there's a challenge out there this month about doing something that you've never done before! :winkb:

This happens to me in the digi world more than paper. I will start a layout, and then find a photo or see a challenge that grabs my attention. Thankfully, all I have to do is "save" the first layout, and then come back to it when I'm ready. But I don't think I've ever done two side by side.

I have several going right now, BUT they are not side by side. And now, when I get one out that I have started, I can't remember what I was doing to it! :(

LOL - is it taking you half the time too ?

I frequently have several pages on the go. As I'm searching for embellies or papers for one I come across something that would be perfect for another page so I just start a new one. Gets kind of crowded though

I don't think I do that. I am working on a lot of unfinished layouts right now, but only one at a time.

Re: I have never done this before..
I've had up to five going at once, I think. Mainly because I get stuck on one and don't want to waste time trying to get unstuck so I'll move on to something else. Right now I have three going - one is almost done and the other two I'm stuck on.
