So cute! Love all the white space and the way you framed the photo and the card stock!

Here is mine. I used a white cardstock, 2 striped and one musical washi tape. I used my stamps for the embellishment. I hope it's ok to count the cupcake and phrase as one since they came together in a set.
Oh, I like this one a lot!! Great title, overlay and love your washi tape on it!butterfly843 wrote:Here's mine, I used a piece of cardstock, an overlay as my embellishment and washi tape

It counts in my book! Love the scalloped edge at the bottom of the card!

I made a gift bag for my granddaughter Maddie. I choose to use plain white cardstock which I cut with my Cuttlebug and a Sizzix die. For my additional embellishment I choose Doodlebug rub-on alphas. I made the flower with washi tape by applying a few different strips it to plain paper so it wouldn't stick to itself, then cut it with fringe scissors and rolled it. I used Sher's recommended scrappy glue to glue the flower on.

Laurie this has been such a treat to see all of the amazing layouts with washi tape and of course Barb's gift bag is to die for!
So I took the dive into using it this weekend at my crop. LOL, can't share the layout until next month. I really didn't feel like cutting a frame out for the layout. Leaving that part of the sketch off I thought. I smile as I thought of the challenge. I'm half through with the layout and I get this brainy idea of the washi tape I have to match the Craftsman line from Prima. I have some more that came with the Imaginisce Love You more and used some on the card. Hangs head....shouldn't have been so reluctant to use it! Now to figure out some other things to do with it! I'm now all in with this challenge!
Thank you Laurie for hosting this challenge because it sure helped on that layout!

Here's mine using Washi Tape. My accent is the little angel hexagon with the brad. It came like that in the brad's package so used them together.

Great job! Love the little brad as the counterpoint to your block of photos and washi!

I used one piece of black cardstock, three different washi tapes, and a little camera embellishments.

Love, love, love the black and white!

I admit I took the easier route with a card rather than a layout - I only have a few rolls of washi and as I have only used it twice before this, I am still getting my bearings on creative uses for it. Thanks to this challenge, everyone has amazed me in all the ways to use it that I wouldn;t have thought! Great job everyone!
