Journaling says:
We didn’t do many touristy things. Well, Disney, but that’s obligatory. We walked up & down, finding our favorite stars. Maggie was looking specifically for Judy Garland, but in the meantime, we found lots more. Steven’s favorites were Chuck Norris & Bill Cosby. It’s amazing to me how many names no longer have much fame attached. Makes me wonder how many of today’s “stars” will mean nothing in 20, 30, 40 years. I was pleased to see some of my favorites like Emma Thompson, Colin Firth, Cate Blanchett, Mahalia Jackson & Helen Mirren. But it was kind of cool to see Ms. Garland, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis as well. January 2013
