Hi I need some help! I ordered some paper off here last week. I received notification that my package shipped, However, it has never taken this long for a package from COT to take this long. Everytime I check the DC# it says that on March 25th shipping verification notice for the PO has been notified no updates nothing... Than on the site here it says mailed standard but, on the USPS tracking with the DC# it says priority.. If it was priority it would of been here at least today.. If it was mailed standard then I many not get it til next week... I have no clue where my package is or what b/c nothing has been updated. I did call Customer service and she was very nice and just said give it til thursday.. I am just really worried. Plus, she mentioned that it won't update until the package was delivered. It hasn't thank goodness but, I am wondering now if it is lost or just never shipped... Have no clue... Anyone ever experience this but, got their merchandise?

Relax. Give it until Thursday and check again. If you haven't received it, contact Customer Service again and let them know.

If they said wait until Thursday, that's what I would do. I have never, ever not received a package I ordered from ACOT. They are on the ball! Sometimes, the USPS is slow, though...

Hello Again.. Sorry for the panic...lol.. I did read the shipping info and i placed the order on the 24th and it says it can take up to 3 days to leave the warehouse....So it could of been mailed out either Friday, saturday or Monday so, i will relax....LOL sorry about that ladies... I just get worried. I have ALWAYS received my pkgs from COT.... so, I will wait it out and not worry. Thank you!

There was one time I never got a box. It was NOT from ACOT, but it was Adobe Photoshop software. It showed up on the online tracking as "misrouted" to a nearby town. I think it really got "misrouted" to some postal employee's house!!

I find that the USPS website doesn't update as well as UPS or FedEx does. Sometimes the USPS says it hasn't received it yet and it's already been delivered here. Hope your goodies arrive real soon!

USPS kinda sucks. My last package( KC Q3 mag that I was in) was sent from Australia, not sure why it took so long. Guess USPS sent it to Malaysia. Yes, I know this cause it was stamped the package was missent to there.
Now ACOT has been wonderful, getting packages all the way here in less than two weeks usually! Glad that your a bit more okay with it all. Mail takes time but ACOT stuff is worth it.

Relax. It's the USPS, not ACOT and your package will be there soon. The last order I placed seemed to take forever to ship out, according to the tracking number and it arrived in my mailbox on the day it was supposed to have left the warehouse. This was all according to the post office website, not ACOT. When it gets to your house, you will be happy-happy, I promise. It will be well-protected and securely wrapped and in great shape.
