Have you ever been/ or do you regularly go to a chiropractor???



I have never been...but my neck is really really stiff, and has been for a while now, and I am thinking of going to one

I tried going a few times before we got here. OMG that made it a million times worse. Now I'm seeing a bone doctor for my neck to discuss what else we can do

About 11 years ago or so I went to one for migraines. Didn't really help at all.

Not a chiropractor but my old family doctor popped my neck and back once and it felt much better. My brother sees a chiroprator and it helps him tremendously.

I had a lower back problem & it was from driving my stick shift car and sitting kind of crooked. I went for a bunch of treatments & it really did help. My Dad & sister also go when their backs are bothering them, and he just shifts things back into place & voila! good to go.


I think you have to watch whether the chiropractor makes you keep coming back. I would get some recommendations from friends & family.



You can also try massage therapy as an alternative.

Years ago but not anymore. Since I heard about osteopaths I'd rather go to one of those if I needed to.

i did once after spitting out four kids and like a car, i needed
an alignment. also, i was given a muscle relaxer for pain.

I've been and I loved it. I only go when my headaches are really bad or my hips are out of whack.
