Snowy . It was a .... white cat !

Little Bit~a cat we rescued from the shelter...it was so small and tiny and they told my mom it wouldn't live, but we loved him and fed him and he got really fat, so we shortened Little Bit to LB, since he was such a fatty!

Well.. hrm.. I got two doggies at the same time so.. those were my first pets.. JellyBean and Gumdrop.. Both girls.. Half westie and half samoyd..both white breeds.. People thought they were there own breed.. Was really cool.

We had a beagle named Rummy when I was about 9.

My stepdad came home one night with his coat zipped up and it was squirming around... He said "Joanie... help me please, my zipper is stuck". Well - out popped the two tiniest and cutest little chihuahua heads! They were Sampson and Tuffy. We kept Sam and sold Tuffy. Sam turned out to be a girl. ROFL

My black and white pinto pony was named Jill. She was my sister's pony, then became mine. I rode her by myself when I was 4 years old (my Dad threw me on her and my Mom must've been watching out the window because she flew out of the house yelling at my Dad for letting me on her by myself). I rode her from then until I was a pre-teen and she was too old to be rode. Loved Jill, she will always hold a special place in my heart.

Golden Retriever named Rex. I was so young, I didn't pronounce "r's" well, so to me he was "Wex".

LOL. My dh's name is Rex & my 2 yo hears me say it all the time, so he calls daddy "Wex" sometimes.


My first pet was a guinnea pig name Christine. I was 3. My aunt was mad because she thought I named it after my new baby cousin. I just thought it was a pretty name. When my brother was a new baby, too & he had terrible breathing issues. Christine died after a few months, & my brother got better. That's how we found out he was alergic. No more guinea pigs!

First one I remember was a Collie named Rusty; we had a mutt named Joe at the same time. Later on we had cats named Catfish and Fishcake.

We always had cats and dogs around, but the first one I remember being mine was Feather, the black lab mix we got from the pound. She slept on the end of my bed and was the most faithful dog we ever owned.

had a black lab when I was little..he was jet black, named Bullet. He died when I was 6 .
