heres the post for this, follow it to the blog. Its in German but has english measurements.
What I did was measured it all out on a scrap piece of paper then I ( fixed it up a bit) and made a template from
an old cereal box. Used that on a 12 x 12 paper then folded it up ( like on the blog) I still have to ink the ends but
I just love the idea( hers looks more square on her site, I think I just made mine longer.
