Stickles are my friend!! I adore using them on LO's. I am trying to get into doing cards too and think it would be fun to use them there.

I generally paint mine on for a lighter touch (see dragonfly).I have tried Timmy HOltz's new Distress Stickles...beautiful deep rich colors that match the paints and inks! I put a small pool of the Stickles on my craft mat and use a brush to apply by painting or dabbing it where i want it to go...dries faster!

OK, here's a question that will probably seem like blasphemy and heresy to all you Sticklemanics, but....
How are Stickles different from the glitter glue pens in the kid's section that you can buy much cheaper?

You know, I have some purple stickles that I have never used. I'd love to see pics of how you've used it!!

I have used both and I can honestly say that the application and consistency is better for scrapbooking when you use stickles.
But I don't want to be rehabilitated!No1Mommy wrote: I did not realize there were so many addicts out there with me!!!! lol Perhaps we should start a rehab of some sort?!?!
Here are three sample cards I did each with a different piece from the new T. Holtz Nature pieces on them. I used Stickles on each of the 3 either to embellish or over Glimmer Mist.
I also used the Ice ones on a heritage layout I did of my grandparents wedding picture. Will hunt for that in a bit.
Edited to add my heritage layout (hard to see the Stickles but I painted them onto my Nana's dress and to add my altered chipboard dress form (I painted on the swirls of the paper that I used to make the skirt to add some glam)

Yup...joining the stickles club...wasn't convinced at first, but now I love them.. And...I love them when they get on your fingers and then you rub your nose, and you have a glittery face, etc!
