I LOVE the Melting Pot DESSERTS!! The food not so much. I do not think you get a ton and you have to cook it yourself. We eat somewhere else and then make reservations just for the dessert...about 3 hours later so I have room for all the yummmy chocolate.
Last time we went we got the Bananas Foster and the Smores....oh my gawd.
We took DS a few weeks ago on their 'kids eat free night' & he loved it (7 yrs old). It was yummy for sure - a bit pricey but it was a good time.

I agree. If you really want to go, def. skip the meat course. The cheese and the chocolate courses are the best.Leeanna wrote:I love it, but don't really think it's worth the money. It is a neat experience though. And the dessert is fantabulous, that part is worth the money for sure.
If life gives you lemons, go find an annoying person with paper cuts.
Might have to take the advice on just going for dessert or just for cheese, went with friends once and was not impressed - seemed like too much money for not enough food.

It is good, but expensive. Dessert is the best part, so often we go just for that!
It is soooo good! Now I wanna go again for the birthday I have coming up here soon...Never Mnd, I'm going to see Jeff Dunham, how could I forget?!
My suggestion is get a combination dinner so that you can try dipping everything (at least once)... The one we went to couldn't do enough for us wither...make sure they know its a "special day" and they will HELP you celebrate...
