Books, books, and books! I have loads of books and I can't pass up a Scholastic Order Form for the kids!
I also love kitchen things - but never use them. And I like dinnerware sets (dishes, plates) - I only have three, but would have more if I could. Another thing I would collect if we could afford it is art! I love paintings and sculptures.

I collect books - tons of books - and I haven't read half of them - but I can't stop buying them.
I collect teapots too, Jaime. I have a huge china cabinet filled with them and rotate them by season.
I love buying notebooks - just plain old notebooks, but I love to buy them - and the plastic pocket folders - so if I feel like organizing stuff, I'll have them.
I used to collect Boyd Bears figurines - I have a whole glass cabinet full of them - I don't buy them anymore.
I love polish pottery - but only have a few pieces because I don't have anywhere to display them and they are so dang expensive..

I would have to go with clothes. I have a bizillion clothing items, it's ridiculous. I definitely have a problem when it comes to that area, but I'm working on it hard core.
Hi, I'm a gardener and I'm a sucker for garden seeds. mostly veggies seeds, but if I see em, I buy em. especially when on sale. You know there is a sickness when you papercraft a shoe box to organize your garden seeds..
And I'd have to second the clothes thing. i was worse with my previous job.. I use to buy a lot because I was always in the public eye. My main problem is that I can't purge as well as I should. I have stuff that is 3+ years old and lots of pant suits I'm having a hard time parting with. You never know when you might need it or FIT into it.. I have 3 closets full compared to my DH's one..

panda bears. I have them everywhere. I have pictures of them all over too. Cant help it they are just so cute.
My other addiction is chapstick. But i actually like Avons Dew kiss the best. I have them everywhere in the house. I always have one on me at all times. I buy them 10 or 20 at a time. 10 will last me about 2 months.

CLUTTER!
Seriously, though, I collect fairy tales from different countries that I travel to (haven't done that since I got married, though. Christmas ornaments from our family vacations. Camera paraphenalia (sp?) and I'm always on the look out for a great free event or interesting places to take my kids to. I know it's not tangible, but I have a great collection of photos and memories from doing it.
Books! Every place I visit, I try to find a book about that part of the country or city. When I was working in Denver one weekend, I got the biography of Mollie Brown (as in Unsinkable); when I was working in Dallas, I got a history of the cattle drives and one on the bad men of the area.
I also collect snowmen that only come out at Christmas and glass ornaments for the tree. I did collect Llardro statues but I am done with those...too expensive. (was interfering with my scrap allowence...lol) and did I mention my 20 plus pairs of flip flops?
oh, and dust bunnies! I store them under my bed.

WAS a TIKI BAR GIRL AND ALWAYS WILL BE
Books...I have 10 bookshelves throughout the house...Featuring SF, Romance, Writing, Cookbooks...been collecting cookbooks since high school especially local cookbooks from places I've been.
Wool! Crocheting was my obsession before scrapping took over...
Plates...I like to eat off different pretty plates...I don't buy the whole set, just 2 plates...theres nothing wrong with just 2 plates, right? My hubby says I have enough plates to feed a 3rd world country...sigh, he's prolly right...I've had to start stashing them in a cabinet in the bedroom...the kitchen is full!
My life is a series of obsessions...I purposely avoided scrapping for 2 years before I started cuz I knew it would seriously suck me in....I started with a nice 4 drawer cabinet on wheels...sigh, I'm up to 7 of those and its totally taken over the dining room...
Heeeee! Does scrapping only hit people with obsessive...er...hoarding tendencies?

My other addiction is chapstick. Have to have it, since I was 15. Twenty two years of chapstick, I should own the company.

Care Bears... no, really, it's ridiculous the number of Care Bears I have around here, and Care Bear accessories, Care Bear bedset, decor, computer games, DVDs, calendars... my room is overtaken by them, but I just can't stop!
On a less disturbing front, my mother and I collectively collect Cherished Teddies. She's a cross stitcher, there's also the cross stitch books that she often turns into the most adorable Christmas decor... but it doesn't take over the entire house, so collecting them isn't too bad... yet.

Hoard?? Magazines! I used to hoard water bottles, but with the plastic scare, I threw them all away and now only have one stainless steel one!
I do collect (and don't classify this as hoarding...totally different IMO) Laura Secord egg cups, Christmas Moose, Hearts and antique things that would look good in my log house.
