 Not all people but I do believe there are those who can only feel better about themselves when they are hurting others, either emotionally or psychologically. What is worse is that so many of them rise to positions of power or importance where they can do greater harm.

 I believe there are people like that because I have heard about or seen things on TV about emotianal abuse towards children/spouses.  But personally I have never know someone like this (which I consider a blessing).

 Definately and I am reminded of it daily when I get the High School Drama Update from my DD. She asked me when does it stop? unfortuntely it never does seem to which is why I stress to her you surround yourself with the type of people you strive to be like, not the type of people who drag you down.

 Oh yeah. Definelty. Otherwise some people woudn't be so horrible. I think they enjoy it. I'm too emotional for that, I can intentionally hurt someone like that.
