Interesting question :) I think I would use a bulk of it on minor home repairs that have accumulated over the past 10 years... new garage door opener, replace the sliding glass door downstairs, refloor the kitchen and bathroom, fix the small leak in the roof, ... geez, I might need another ten grand. ;P

I'd probably remodel my bathroom, update kitchen, and replace the old carpet and flooring. If anything leftover, pay bills.

I would pay for my mom to have the dental work done that she needs. She can't afford to go and her teeth are really weak and breaking from years of medications when she was little and then just not good hygeine habits ( she didn't have a mother so there was nobody to make sure she did ).
