We did a co-ed baby shower at work last month and we did the candy bar in the diaper thing, The guys thought it was hilarious. There was one other game but I don't remember what it was because I came in late.

The drinking out of the bottles for the men I hear is super funny. And as gross as the melted candy bars in the diapers sounds its really good. Done that before.
Cherry Delight
Just went to one of those in March for my DD. Started at 1 and ended about 4. Buffet type eats with pigs in a blanket, fruit salad, small sandwiches etc. The only game we played was where you melt different types of candy bars in teeny weeny disposable diapers (in the microwave) and pass them around and folks had to guess what kind of candy it was. Pictures I took were hilarious. Guys were fine with everything.
