Bazzill promo not working

I pm'd Heidi earlier but maybe someone here can help??? I have a basket full of stuff, including bazzill and i want to sue the bazzill coupon but it says I do not have enough stuff in my basket. Anybody have any suggestions?? I want to take advantage of the discount and the double points... HELP

I could not get the 40 % promo working yesterday. I said that I had already used it but I did not. The highest price item was $4.99 so I was not too worried about it.
