Digital Kits

Now that ACOT doesn't offer digital scrapbooking kits any more, where does everyone find the things they use to make the wonderful digital layouts I see in the gallery? They are always so spectacular and of course I am always late trying things and am just getting into digital scrapbooking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This would be a good weekend to visit because Saturday is Digital Scrapbooking Day and there are going to be a lot of sales!
