Unzipping digi kits
I have a question.  After I unzip my digi kits, I have a folder which I access, but I still have the little zipped file as well.  Can I just delete those?  Or maybe should I save the zipped ones on a backup drive?

Thanks in advace!  Now I'm going to bed...I'm such a crazy lady playing with my new toys! :winkb:

Actually, I've heard you should back up the unzipped files, because the zipped ones are more unstable and could be corrupted.  I always delete mine AFTER I've backed up the unzipped files.

I've backed up and save both of mine. Zipped and unzipped. I've been able to go back and unzip stuff so....I don't know what to tell you. I hear from lots of people that those files are unstable. :waiting:
On a molecular level, I'm very busy.

I temporarily save the zip files in a folder called "ZIP" (not too original) until have have backed up the unzipped files. Then I delete and start the process all over! I backup monthly.
