I absolutely love all of these printable albums that are for cd's and bracket albums, etc but my question is--can you make them as a gift for someone that needs to ADD photos LATER??? iN OTHER WORDS,can you make them and assemble them without photos and add photos later or do the photos have to be put in place before adhering the book? Seems silly I know but I have never done a hybrid project.....

yes you probably could do that for a gift, but honestly most digi albums are designed to work best when the photos are inserted into the pages before printing. then it's a case of adding any additional paper elements and printed digi elements to finish the album.
also, JIC anyone is wondering, some designers allow scrap for hire professional use, but not to resell as a blank album ~ it's a big no, no, to resell a blank preprinted digi album.

Kara, you could do this but I would suggest selecting an album with pages that are pretty simple and not too much detail around the photo opening because if you printed the digital pages without photos and adhered them to the chipboard pages, then you would have to later add the photos on top of the completed page. Does this make sense? When adding the photos on top later, you would be covering up some of the page elements.
Another way you could do this, is print out the digital pages and cut out the photo opening using fine tipped scissors or a craft knife around any detailed accents. Adhere the digital page to the chipboard page BUT leave one side unglued. Then at a later time the photos could feasibly be slid underneath the digital page to show through the photo opening.
