Get the ribbon like this?  Do you punch holes with an eyelet setter?  tie them and glue dot them down??Jenna

For these I tied them and then put a strip of x-tra sticky tape to hold them.

I punch holes, but usually mine are further apart.  Maybe I'll try this next time.

Depends on the look.  I've done both.  Usually I just tie and glue dot it, but I've punched and tied if I'm trying to give the appearance of connecting a mat to a background. Kind of like mamastengs lo.

punch holes and tie them!  Be warned, it takes forever!  LOL!!
