Scrap a Day, January 30th
Hey Cherries. Back in the 20s with wind chills in the teens. Headed for a high of 35 today. I have a nail appointment today, then home to hopefully get step 3 of the progressive challenge done. Only 2 days left to the month and there’s more challenges that I want to do. Hope to get a few more done.

Have a great day Cherries.

Re: Scrap a Day, January 30th
Hey Barb! Where is everyone?! Lol!

I was up very early this morning. I laid down yesterday afternoon and slept until 8:30! Got something to eat and slept all night!

But I was up early enough to catch a beautiful sunrise. I’ll share the picture later. Right now it’s snowing and we HAVE to go to town for groceries and packages. Out of so many things!!! So we’re going early. Hopefully out of here in the next 20 minutes so we’ll be in town by 9:30 ish. And home before it really starts snowing!

Hope everyone is having a great day!!!

Good morning. Our weather is also changing.  Starting tomorrow rain for at least 3 days.  That will warm up our temps and we really need the precipitation but the low pressure/high pressure struggling for supremacy in the upper atmosphere gives me stinking sinus headaches.  And I’ve got a doozy this morning.  Oh well I had no plans for the day anyhow.

have a pleasant Thursday

Re: Scrap a Day, January 30th
Didn't work in my craft room yesterday but did finish the top of my alligator quilt  I started last May after the Florida Quilt Shop Hop.
This afternoon I bought the backing for the quilt. Now I am torn between playing with paper or fabric. Doing work around the house for now, I'll see how the rest of the afternoon and evening go.
Weather is pretty nice here today. 70's and beautiful sunshine.

Re: Scrap a Day, January 30th
Busy day, today.  We went to an early luncheon, a Chinese New Year event.  Got lots of photos to scrap!  Then went to PT, where my therapist said I am doing good.  I graduated from yellow to red bands.  I am already experiencing less pain.  But I still have limited mobility, but she says it will come.

I have not done much scrapping or card making this month, mostly worked and finished two junk journals.  One is going to a friend as a birthday gift on Sunday.

on, a very sad note, we had a tragedy here as one of our  flights from here crashed in DC last night, no survivors.  I didn’t know anyone, that I  know of that was on it but my heart breaks for the familles. I prayed and prayed last night when we thought there might be survivors.  Now I lift up the families.

Hope everyone is doing well this evening.  For some reason it feels like the weekend already.

Re: Scrap a Day, January 30th
We had some pleasant weather today with a high of 44.  Rain all day tomorrow, so we did a mini trip to the local casino for a couple of hours today.  It was nice to get out other than the grocery store and basketball games.  I have one more challenge I want to finish for this month, so I'll be working on that tonight.

Feel better Charleneanne. Sinus headaches really suck.
