Hey Cherries. Sunny day and we are supposed to get above freezing today with a high of 39. Today’s plan is to give both of my girls a bath, then get back in my scrap room. I got to play yesterday and made some cards and will do more of the same today. It felt good to play with paper. It’s been a while.
Have a great day Cherries.

Good morning Barb! High 30's here too and exciting after the bitter 20's. DH took the car to the car wash this morning to get the salt off. My day will be in my craft space and taking some photos of finished projects.

I'm glad you got back into your scrap room yesterday, Barb! It DOES feel good to play with paper, ESPECIALLY when it's been a while!
I hope you can do that AGAIN today!

Hey Cherries
I took a break from resting yesterday to work on some more altered playing cards. (Eventually I'll have a finished pack!) I ALSO played with scrappin'! It feels good to get back to scrappin'!
Not many plans for today. It's supposed to warm up to 40, and I hope it does! (NEED to send Omer to the store.)
Stay blessed AND warm Cherries!

Happy Chilly Sunday Cherries!
It's currently 29 but forecasted to get up to 34! It is sunny - but I'm not heading out if I can help it. My plans are to stay inside and in my scrapbook room for the biggest part of the day. I'm trying to work on a 2 page layout which is WAY out of my comfort zone - but I'm trying....
Back to work tomorrow and trying to get back on a good schedule of getting things done around the house as well. I'm still working on giving myself at least 30 minutes a day in my scrapbook room - whether that's scrapping, organizing, etc.

We have a similar forecast ( southeast Missouri) and back to work tomorrow too. At least the roads are clear - parts of my yard are melting and other parts aren’t lol.
that’s a great plan to schedule in time for craftiness ( even just organizing ! ) I might have to do that too!

Hello Cherries, busy morning... cleaning car, running errands and laundry. Trying to stay very busy as my YDS is out hunting. His first time and this mama is a huge bundle of nerves. There is no cell service where he is at so this is nerve wracking. I know hunting is a normal thing in other parts of the country but this city mom is not used to that. Catching up on housework then hoping to scrap something. I feel bad to say this here but our weather is 74 degrees with bright blue sunny skies. Should be dropping again within the next couple days. Have a great day everyone

{{{HUGS}}} Kristin! I had to get used to that up here too. Especially the no phone coverage. I’m sure he’ll be careful and hopefully will come home with something delicious to eat!!!

Hey Cherries! It was super foggy this morning. I just love the fog here!!! Now it’s mostly cloudy but the sun keeps poking through. I’m watching the wild card football games today. Got a layout finished last night. Need to upload it. Hoping to scrap more today. Got pics pulled for 3 more layouts so got a bit of a head start! Lol! Christmas is done except for 2 boxes DH needs to put away. Glad that’s done!
Hope you’re all having a great day!!!!

He's back safe and sound and about eight hours earlier than I expected him so it's all good

Hi cherries! Been MIA for several days. Just busy as always, especially with work. Been in the 40s all week so yesterday and today, we warmed up to 50s and even hit 65 today with lots of sun! Made Miss Penny happy, for sure. Jasmine is healing beautifully and her incision looks really good too, despite it only being just 5 days post-surgery.
Spent the day cleaning my scrap room and got the latest ACOT sketch done. Took me all day, but happy that I got some crafty time in.
Now I need to clean up (again!) and might even look at the card sketch for the week. Then it's time to make dinner and relax before the new work week gets underway!
Hope everyone had a great weekend.
