Scrap a Day, December 12th

Hey Cherries. I got a lot packed up and put out for donation yesterday and it was all picked up this morning. Today I’ll be working on wrapping gifts. Now that the rain has stopped our temps dropped down into the 30s and will go down into the 20s tonight. But the sun is shinning today. The rest of my purple Christmas lights came in yesterday so if things dry up outside I’ll put them up later.
Have a great day Cherries.

Good morning Barb, it feels to good to get stuff donated, love that!!
Out of work today for an early morning doctor's appointment with the urologist. Told again that I need to drink a lot more water. Easier said than done in a kindergarten classroom. Will work on it.
Today's plan is to make the grocery list for Christmas dinner and maybe scrap a little between laundry loads. Hope everyone has a fantastic day

Hey Cherries
It turns out my therapy is actually today, not yesterday LOL! I don't know how I got it mixed up!
Also probably gonna work on a few more cards today. It's cold today, so definitely staying in!
Have a great day, Cherries!

Aww Kristin, it's hard to do things that we need to do sometimes! (It's annoying isn't it?! The way our bodies work sometimes!?!)
Praying for you, girl!

I struggle with drinking liquids all the time. I don't know how people do it. It's like a mild form of torture for me. LOL #thestruggleisreal

Didn't even get out of the 30s all day yesterday (high was supposed to be 58) At best it crawled up 51 just before 10pm (with a big jump from the previous hour).
Today I sewing the borders on the quilt top. Whether or not I try to sandwich after that remains to be seen. Will have to move stuff and vacuum the living room floor first.

Got a handful of cards finished for future projects and finished trimming the tree. DH has an eye appointment and then we will pick up our car and return the loaner at the dealership. Warranty work complete! Then we're off to have a late lunch, early dinner at our favorite local J.B. Dawsons.

I was out early for an appointment with my cardiologist. All is well!!!
Came home, got my sheets washed and the bed remade. Cleaning the bathroom and got a couple of bills paid.
Hoping to walk, but hoping it warms up a little. Only around 35.
But the sun is shining.
Will see where my day leads me.
Happy Thursday, all!!!!

I picked up my new glasses that broke during my fall. Luckily I only had to pay for the frames as Lens Crafters from a few pairs that my existing lens would fit. They are navy blue, and I'll post picks once my black eye and swelling go bye-bye!
I just posted this layout for the Make-the-Cut Challenge. It seems like yesterday I was changing her diaper and now we enjoy a glass of wine together!

Wow my alarm woke me up at 10. I set it to remind me to watch my card making live. Shut it off and said nope and got back in bed for a bit.
62 years ago today my sister and her BF went downtown with our parents and got married. We were 6 months out of high school and they were 3 months pregnant! I sent candy and she texted me they ate it for breakfast!! Happy 62 Genie & Art!!
rained all night. Grey skies and weatherman says we are in a rainy pattern off and on for next week and a half. Staying in all day today. Washed my hair, have all my stuff at craft table to get my Christmas cards ready for mailing tomorrow when I’m out and about. Thinking since my hair is wet, I’ll start my pellet stove earlier instead of waiting till after 5pm.
Ah the exciting life of an old widow woman! lol
have a totally happy and productive Thursday.
