Scrap a Day November 1
Good morning Cherries,
welcome to November!!! It is a chilly morning here and only a high of 62 expected today! Feels like November!
I’m on vacation today and taking the car to get an oil change and tire rotation in a few minutes.
then home to hopefully work on flasher’s Halloween challenges and the art journal!

Please remember to keep Barb and her family in your thoughts and prayers in this difficult time.

I have posted the November Master List and will update it as the challenges roll in. As for the October list I will try to get it updated as I see the winners posted. Please be patient 😊

What is on your Friday agenda??

Good Morning, Susan!

DH and I were out of the house before 5:30. This morning the Montana millionaire tickets went on sale last year they sold out a little after 9 am. We wanted a couple tickets , so out the door we went. Our DD was a few people ahead of us in line! There was quite a line out the building and it was 28F outside. Thankfully no wind.

Now, I need to pack as I head to Seattle later this afternoon to visit DD #2. Will be gone until next Sunday. And the flight is only a little over an hour.

Had a fun Halloween with the grandkids. Conveniently they are off school today. We handed out all the candy we had.

Happy November, everyone! The year sure is flying by!

Overcast here and quite a change in temp!  And, we actually have a light rain.  First since early September and we sure could use a good soaking.  It was 82 yesterday and it's 62 now.  Slow day today and I hope to finish packing for my upcoming crop.  The coming week is busy and it's my last chance to get it done!  Have a good weekend Cherries!

Good morning.  84 here today in Florida. Weather guys says that’s not usual lol.  Two more weeks of DD and family and I head home to California and real fall weather.

nothing going on here, but tomorrow is jam packed. YDGS has football game at 9am.  Then DGD has basketball game at 11.  Then DD and I have tickets for touring the Stetson Mansion at 2pm. And then apparently Sat night is pizza night!

have a frivolous Friday  and keep it low key!

I had a great time at Flasher's party yesterday! 😊 In between naps and errands lol! I have started a layout for one of the challenges.
ALSO looking forward to the new November challenges! I'm DETERMINED to scrap more THIS month! 😊
Stay blessed, Cherries! 🍒❤️😊

We've got some overcast and sprinkles, too, Vicki! It started yesterday but didn't rain enough to ruin all the kids' fun! 😊
Have fun packing for your crop! 😁 Sometimes when we have crops here, I limit myself to what I'm gonna use- just like if I packed for a IRL crop! 😂 It DOES help the creativity process, though! 😉
Stay blessed, Vicki! 🍒❤️

We got some rain this morning also, we really need it. This was the most consecutive days without rain since they started keeping records.

I plan to pick a winner for my  progressive challenge and write down the new challenges this morning. Go out and do a few errands when the rain stops. I already put away my Halloween decorations but left the few that look like thanksgiving, like the gourds.

happy Friday everyone!

Re: Scrap a Day November 1
Good morning cherries. It's still morning right? Yep, 11:47am!

Susan, thanks for helping Barb out with the master list and helping me with the scrap a day. Today is a busy day... 😜

Yesterday we had an okay turn out for T-or-Ters. We had 15 kiddos, which is GREAT for us. Last year, minus the nephews, we had TWO.

This morning, after coffee, I put away our little bit of outdoor Halloween decorations I put out on Sunday. A talking raven, skeletal dog and cat and a little bitty cemetery. Then I moved onto cleaning the bathrooms, sweeping/mopping the floors and took out the trash. Showered and then got started with my 1st of the month TODO list - invoiced my client, closed out my kid challenge, posted goals on behalf of Barb and then posted my 2 challenges. Now I'm working!

Hope y'all have a great day/weekend!

Re: Scrap a Day November 1
Since my DD was with her dad, my hubby and I decided to get up to the mountains last night. We are happily doing nothing but playing games in our camper today!!

it’s the first time I’ve ever just skipped out on Halloween. It’s my favorite holiday but without any Halloween party invites or my DD to celebrate with, it would have just been sad to sit home. I’m not into scary movies and our neighborhood does not get any trick-or-treaters. Maybe we’ll throw a party next year to ensure we have a fun Halloween!
