I'd appreciate some help. I'm trying to place an order and on the new ordering pages I can't find a place to enter a promo code. Am I missing something? Or is there I secret password I missed?  Thanks!
 

I am having the same problem--no promo code box to be found.  While I could go ahead and order w/o using my $10 August code, I'd really prefer having it to save that money.  Since some of my items are low in quantity, I hope this problem gets resolved soon.  Thanks a lot!!!!
 

If you click on the green next step buttons and go to page #4 then there is a place to enter the promo code there.

MEGA THANK YOU, Deanna,  for your help!  I found the promo code box on page 4 and, happily, placed my order.   Guess it's time for a visit to the eye doctor...sigh.
