What scissors do you use? I am trying some fussy cutting this morning and struggling because I can't get the precision cuts I want. I know some people use a glass mat and blade but I've tried that with horrible results.
I have these. I've had them for almost 10 years and they are still so, so sharp!!

OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.
These are the ones I use also. Love them, I have had them for years.Laura wrote:I have these. I've had them for almost 10 years and they are still so, so sharp!!

I have these and LOVE them! I do a LOT of fussy-cutting and I have found you need very sharp, short blades on the scissors. to fussy cut well.
I have the spring action scissors from Fiskars....love them.

I have the same as Laura and Jennifer.

I used to be indecisive; now I'm not sure.

I have the Cutterbees as well as the Honeybee (coated with something so you can cut sticky stuff and it won't stick) - I've had them for years and they seem as sharp as the day I bought them.

Thanks ladies. I know I had the yellow ones at some point but don't know what happened to them. I'll need to dig around for them but the ones Sara showed looks promising!
ditto... I also have a pair of sewing scissors that have a very sharp tip. :)love2stamp wrote:These are the ones I use also. Love them, I have had them for years.Laura wrote:I have these. I've had them for almost 10 years and they are still so, so sharp!!

I use these as well. I LOVE them. I have been fussy cutting this morning for my Pinterest challenge this month. I agree with Sara, you need something very sharp and with short blades.Sara M. wrote: I have these and Ls monthOVE them! I use a combination of the Cutter Bee ones, and the little manicure scissors for the really detailed part of the pattern. I hate the glass mat and Xacto knife. I never seem to do well with that either.
Love my Cutter-bees! Especially the ones with non-stick coating.

I use sharp and tiny tipped embroidery scissors...tiny snips and they go around corners and tight edges beautifully.
