Good Morning Cherries - I didn't see this thread started yet, so I thought I would get it going for Brandy. I have been up and at em really early this morning and already got a LO done for the Music Challenge. One more to go and then I will have my March Goal done, and this is the start of the second half of the 50 LO challenge. I think this is going to be a very productive weekend, as I don't have anything else to do today and tomorrow my niece is coming over to scrap with me. She is in the Royalty in her town and has to scrap her year which is almost up. So we have to get her moving as she hasn't worked on it very much since she has been so busy with events. So I will have 2 full days of scrapping Image

Mildred, I love the pinks!  They look great with your photos. :)

I am on spring break this week!  :)  Hope to get lots of scrapping done.  Tomorrow, dh and I are going for a 2-day getaway to the Hocking Hills to stay in a B & B.  This was part of my Christmas present.

Here is my first layout for today:

Good morning, cherries!  I love all your inspiration so far.  That pink does look great with your pretty sky pictures, Mildred!  And, great job hitting the halfway mark on the scrappy purchase-freeze challenge!  I can't get much done!

I had kind of a lazy morning this morning, then worked a little on taxes.  Now I want to scrap, but I need to catch up on my challenges that I host.  I've been terrible this month about commenting on them and making my list of participants.  I like to stay on top of it, but this month I haven't given them much attention!  I'll get that done, then hopefully scrap some.  March is getting away from me!

I have now completed my March Goal of doing 25 LOs and the month is only a little half over. I sure am hoping to do another 25. Here is what I did for the Scraplift with a twist.

Here is my paper LO

Hi Cherries!

Mildred you are on a roll.  Yesterday, as you know Brandy and dh headed out early to go get her documents for our cruise.  After visiting the courthouse, and two locations for passport documents, they headed out to Victoria TX, where her parents currently live.  The plan was to pick up a load of "stuff" to take back to Corpus.

I have a funny feeling that they may be in the midst of moving again today.

I'll be scrapping shortly.  I have two digital layouts, and one paper layout.  Although on the paper layout I have to do 20 copies of it.  Its for a swap as part of our cruise.  But before I can even think about playing, I have to finish my taxes, and do a bit of housework.  I'll be back later!

I just posted a page I did 99% of last night for the BF #63 - and now I'm home bound and hoping to get a lot more challenges done tonight :)
I've had little to no time to scrap so far this month.

Love all the layouts girls! No scrapping for me yet. I had to make a run to hobby lobby for adhesive and page protectors and I was a good girl and did not buy or even look at anything else except a bag of perler beads and I have excluded enamel dots from my no buy list. I am hoping to sit here and rest while Sophie and Zoe play till bed time then I am going to at least start a layout.

I read that yesterday. I'm sure she is a very busy girl. 20 copies of a LO? Hmmmm.......that's interesting. I hope you get your chores done so you can play.

Almost four weeks - that's how long it's been since I did a digi page!

I'm fading fast, and still have a ton of stuff to do before company arrives tomorrow.  Weather is not cooperating, and I feel a headache coming on.

Oh Laurie I hope you can ward of that headache. I can't believe it has been 4 weeks since you last scrapped. WOW!!! This LO is so bright and fun. I like the banner and the "bubbles" on the word Bubbles.

Here's another LO I just finished. It looks like I now have the entire evening to myself. DH just left and I wasn't aware that he was going anywhere. That's good for me......more time to scrap Image

Well I think this is the last one I will get done tonight. I am pretty pleased with myself today. I have an early morning tomorrow as my niece will be here at 8am. Lots of scrapping again tomorrow.

Good evening everyone! I've had a very very VERY busy day. I'm tired. But it was a GOOD DAY!

The pups let us sleep in until 8:30am. I fed them, made us breakfast then we tackled our taxes. Ugh. Its such a pain every year, BUT....our tax refund is DOUBLE what it was last year. So we got it out of the way!

Then, DH's uncle called us and asked if we wanted to meet them at Doc's (a local seafood restraunt that sits right on the gulf coast). We met them there at 3pm. We got all caught up - like how my dad is now pushing their "move in" date to May 1st! How everyone was doing, etc.

On our way home, DH mentioned going to Wilcox, a local furniture store down the street from us. They have great, quality furniture. Everyone is so helpful and informative. Before this afternoon, we have been using mom and dad's old entertainment center. Where the tv sits INSIDE the space, with dvd player in a cabinet, and the dvds underneath and on the side. Well, with our king size bed, two large portable closets, five dog beds, things get crowded. So we spent an hour in there. And we found the one we wanted. Reg $550, on sale for $450! Its GORGEOUS!! AND we were in luck! They had TWO left and the warehouse was going to be opne for another 15 mins so we were able to pay for it, go around the back, and load it up in our truck.

Anyways, so we got home, changed, took everything out of the old entertainment center, and moved it out into what is going to be mom and dad's bedroom. Then we put the tv stand in, got the tv and dvd player all situated. Took DH's jeans, shorts and shirts out of the large portable closet and put those in the large drawer. Then I grabbed my tank tops and other things out of the small portable closet into the other drawer. I got all my stuff out of the small portable closet into the large one. Now the small one is empty. So DH moved it out into the guest bedroom. Now there's a space! I put the dresser in the closet in that space. Now there is an opening in the closet! I grabbed the shoe rack out of our old bedroom, and put it into the closet. Everywhere we go, there is now more space. DH has two empty shelves and he alphabetized our dvds and put them on the shelf. Whew!

So DH's relaxing and I'm trying to catch up on FB and here and email. Oh, and guess what DH bought me yesterday? On top of sushi for dinner, we hit up Hobby Lobby and he got me a Crop in Style XXL Rolling Tote (with wheels) for my cruise!Image
