Are there any colors you hate to, or flat out refuse to, scrap with?
I detest black and white. Now, I've used black and white individually as photo mounts, small accent colors, or embellies, but you will never see a black and white layout in my albums.
OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions.
I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.

Feel exactly the same!! Pastels and I don't get along, its just so pale and I want my pages popping!! When I did neutral colors for baby girl pages I wasn't inspired at all

I'm not a big fan of lavender/lilac on my layouts ... not sure why since I have nothing against that color in other areas of my life. In fact, my nails are painted lavender right now!
I also struggle with red and green.

I do not like purple! I use it some with flower photos but never any others. I like all other colors.

Another one who doesn't work with purple. Thank goodness my granddaughter, Paige changed cheerleading teams and her new colors are red and black. Those colors I can work with.
PINK. I absolutely positively HATE that color with an intense (and to some irrational) passion. It is going to be very difficult if I ever have girls...scrapping, clothing, whatever.
Hmmm I don't think there is a color that I haven't scrapped with although, I do use some more frequently than others.

Pink... maybe it is because I have two boys and have never been a girly girl. I also have trouble with purple

I generally avoid orange unless it's related to a fall or pumpkin layout.

I use most all colors but use pink as little as possible. And to think I'm a girl mom. Lol
Mildred - Mom to 2 girls and a husband (I tell people that I am a single mom of 3. Ages 59, 37 and 31) lol. And a proud Grandma to Orahn (7) Sawyer (5) and Mazie (3).

Yay!!! You sound like me, mostly. I love purple but don't scrap with it. I also have two boys. I hate pink and will never have much luck if we end up with a girl for our last (although we hope to have a girl whenever we do get pregnant again) and as hard as it is to find good clothes for boys (they are always sold out in the sizes my kids wear) it'll be even harder for a girl because I will not buy pink heavy clothing, should that happen. Scrap supplies will be just as difficult, I think.scrapsteph wrote:Pink... maybe it is because I have two boys and have never been a girly girl. I also have trouble with purple
The colors I really struggle with are the bright primary colors. I love subdued hints of colors and earthy tones best!

do not care for the pastels at all and especially pinks. Oh and mint green is for jelly not paper.

I don't like scrapping with pastels either. Too blah...I like color and have no problem using primary colors.

I don't think there's a color I haven't used. I've done very bold and very subdued. I will say that I used to scrap a lot with purple but that was when I all I knew was K & Company. Now, I hate to scrap with purple. Christmas red and green color combo is also a hard one for me. I'm just not a fan of the Christmas shades of green whether it be the bright primary green or the hunter green. Hunter green =Yuck!
