are all the scrappy goodies we love made? Do any of you know? Or maybe live near one of the facilities where our pp is printed? What about the buttons, ribbons, etc? Where are they made? Is there a Seconds Store nearby? Where they sell cheaply the stuff that was NOT GOOD ENOUGH? I wonder if Bo Bunny gets theirs printed where MME gets theirs printed. Or Basic Grey? Or any of the others? This is eating me up out of curiosity. Do you know? I always wonder if some of it is printed here or in California or NY or NM. Or maybe in China?

I often wonder where they print these papers, and then become acutely aware that yes, they DO print these papers somewhere! And that someone designs the papers to be printed! I'm looking it up online now.... lol

I just pulled out a few embellishments and checked the labels ... Maggie Holmes' ribbons are made in China. Heidi Swapp and Pebbles stickers are made in China too. The Glitz Designs 6x6 paper pads say Made in the USA.

I think OA is USA and they try to keep everything in MN where they are located. Echo Park and Carta Bella talk on FB that they are made in USA....pretty sure.

EK Success is just outside NYC. I went to their center when I was a Scrapbook Design University instructor - and got to take the classes with the artists that did the designing. It was fun! (And they put me up in a hotel, and paid for EVERYTHING, and I was sitting in the restaurant before dinner, after lunch, and a guy invited me to join their party - it was John Madden! LOL He said "Don't sit there alone!!" I said that I respectfully declined, I was going to have a brief appetizer, and then go up to my room to crash)

I believe in supporting American made items, but it seems that some of my favorite scrapping goodies are made elsewhere. I wonder if the people of China are scrapbookers.
