As some of ya guys know, DH got me a Cricut Expression 2 for Christmas. Right now, when I'm not scrapping, it sits on a file cabinet, in the corner of the room. When I need it, I just pull it down onto one of the tables and plug it in and use it. I'd like to have a place for it all the time. Especially since I'm hosting a crop in two months.
Where is your Cricut? If you have pics, that'll be great too.
Here is what my (mess of a) scraproom looks like.
Corner with filing cabinet and other stuff:
Shelves, tables, etc:
Closet:
I've got a bookcase filled with computer related stuff, since I have my office in my scrap room. I'm rearranging that, hopefully opening up shelves to put some of the scrap stuff in.
I'm also going to clean out the closet, placing the file cabinet in there.
I have mine on a table that is under the only window in my scrap room. I try to keep this table clean, as it is where I take the photos of my layouts and such.
This is when I first set up the room, so it was on the other side of the table:

Mine is on a wooden microwave cart The cricut sits where you would put the microwave and I store all my cartridges on top. It works out great. I will have to take a picture to show you what I mean.
I'd be more than happy to store your Cricut for you.

Mine is on an end table that sets against my desk. Easily reaches the computer (for Craft room) and has room for mat to flow thru freely. Will post pic later,

Mine is on an end table, however I have to pull it out to use it all the time since it is just a cramped space to store it.

I did have mine in my craft room, but since I've learned to use the cricut craft room online, I moved it to where our one computer is, beside my dining room table. Now I have my carts there too on the window sill and use my dining table to work on projects involving the cricut.

mine use to sit by the computer as I use the Design Studio to design and cut. Since I have the Gypsy now, I moved the cricut closer to my actual scrappy space. It sits on a small table with plenty of room for work and cutting.

I have two tables in my room (i'd take pictures but its a disaster and i would be totally embarrassed ). One table is where I do all of my assembling and the other table is where my cricut sits..they are kind of spread out..but i like being able to still cut while i'm assembling my other pieces. I figure it keeps the glues and water and all the bad for the cricut stuff a safe distance away.
How do you like the E2? I haven't gotten to spend much time using one..but it beats me every time. I have tried mentally willing it to do what i want..but that doesn't work either...LOL

Mine is on my desk, but I think I may need to do the microwave table thing. HMMMMM......

My Cricut is upstairs in a bedroom where I store a lot of scrappy stuff. But, it is getting a new home very soon.

My Expression is sitting on top of a shelf that holds a bunch of scrapping supplies. My Silhouette Cameo and my sewing machine share space on my vintage desk. I am in the process of looking for a different solution for all 3 machines. I like the microwave stand solution for you!
Mine sits on an old coffee table that is next to my desk. It works well, close enough to my desk I just swirl in my chair to use it.
