I don't know of any scrappy stores, but if you haven't already taken the historical tour of Pioneer Square, do it. It is soooo interesting!

We went to Seattle 3 years ago. A must is Pike's Market downtown!!
I went to a great scrapping store, but can't remember the name of it.

Hmmm. I don't know of anything that is actually in the downtown area. South on 1st St there is PaperZone, which has a good array of scrappy and stamp stuff, but their real focus is paper everything. I know of several stores on the Eastside (of Lake WA). My favorite/most local spot is Ben Franklin in Redmond. The biggest scrap store I know of in the area is The Mad Scrapper in Issaquah.
There is a place called Urban Scrapper in Edmonds, which is north of Seattle. I wouldn't make a special trip for it, but if you head north it might be worth a stop. If you have kids with you, Edmonds Beach is pretty fun on a hot day. It's especially cool at low tide - incredible huge starfish all over the pier and tidepools. Definitely worth that trip.
I do recommend going up to Everett for the Boeing Tour. There is a store up there, I think it's called Lila's Scrapbooking, which I haven't hit yet.

I'm north of Seattle, too. The stores that have already been mentioned are pretty much all the ones I know about. We've had several scrappy stores close down over the past couple of years.

I know of the Scrapbook Pad in Shoreline, which touches the north edge of Seattle proper. The Urban Scrapper already mentioned has specialty papers from around the Northwest, meaning 12x12 background papers with Seattle and Washington State scenes on them, with room for photos. The Urban Scrapper is in Edmonds, which is a nice little suburb that has a small-town feel about it. It also has one of the ferry docks there, the one going to Kingston, Widbey Island.

There aren't any big ones in the city of Seattle but tons of little ones scattered throughout the area. If you're looking for something scenic and willing to drive, there's a fabulous one in Gig Harbor called Toadilly Scrappin.
We have a local shop hop that features a good portion of the local stores. Here's the facebook link with their addresses:
