What do you do with your minis when you are done with them? I've been keeping mine in a cupboard in my scrap area, but I feel like they should be out so people can see them. Maybe in a basket somewhere?
Just wondering what you do with yours- hide them away, display them, something else?

they get set out on the end tables in the living room, I swap them out.... make nice conversation pieces with company, and maybe one day I'll get another scrapper started out of it

I don't keep them, lol. All mine are given away. I made my first for me this year. Its my Santa word album and is sitting out by the fishy.

Yup, mine are out in a wire basket and people often look at them. I love making minis and I want them to be enjoyed!

I have mine sitting around the house in baskets.

I only make them as gifts and I don't know what happens to them after that!


(However, I do know that my mom keeps hers on the bottom shelf of the glass topped table in her living room.)

My basket is actually an off white, "shabby chic" wire basket/tray. You can see more of them at once.

Mainly, the mini albums I made were for ds when he was an over-the-road trucker. Now he trucks locally, so I have a bunch of empty albums sitting here, doing nothing.

I have a basket for mine. And my DH is asking me to make him something to put the ones that I have made for him in so he can keep them all together.

I have a few on display in different areas (I switch them out) and the rest are with my scrapbooks.

I've only made two so far and they were gifts for a great-niece and great nephew. I think the basket idea is great! I plan on having built in bookcase for the scrapbooks. I'll switch them out on the coffee table. I'm one who loves making things for others so I probably will continue to make minis for family members. I'm into no clutter, get rid of what ever is causing the clutter. I've spent far to long not throwing things out because I might need it. The clutter it causes drives me nuts so I needed to get rid of the 'I need to keep things.'

I have never made a mini album but I have one that I got from my SS that I need t start work on.
