My son and Grandson are flying in from Phx and we are taking my him to WDW in 2 weeks. I put together a 6X6 album and purchased stickers etc with Disney theme. I want to let him help me put it together on the drive home so he feels a part of it. This is my first time doing sometheing like this. Any suggestions from the moms out there...It has been a long time since I have done something like this. Thanks

That is a great idea! My son loves to scrap with me. He is three. I give him some old papers and stickers and a few pictures and just let him go to town. He thinks tape runners are really cool LOL.

I have a question for you --- how good do you want it to look? If you don't mind, I say just give him the supplies and let him have at it. If you have in mind the way you want it to look, (or are particular about things...) have some pages already partly done, then let him finish with the stickers.
I have done each with my girls.

What Rachel said.

You may be amazed at what he can do too. Even though I know my girls are creative...they still tend to amaze me when I give them the tools and let 'em "go"!
Be sure to take pictures of the progress. It'll give you something else to scrap about!!:-D

Sorry to hijack your thread Doglady!!!
LOL! I teased her about then too :) She loved when Daddy or I blew raspberries on that Buddha belly :P As you can see from a more recent picture, a lot has changed in three years! Can't see the Buddha belly but at least she can SIT in the chair, instead of standing in it! LOL!

Last spring, I took a bunch of scrappy stuff over to my #3ds's house and spent the morning with his two little boys, age 18 months and 3 yrs. I was so new to scrapbooking then and very possessive of my stuff. So, I stopped and bought them their own stickers and embellies to use. We had so much fun. I let them do their own thing and then I scrapbooked it. All I had to do was add their names and the date. Silly me, I did not think to take a pic.

How cute is that!!! She's a doll and that picture is a keeper. You have to do a scrappy page with this one. You know what? You should submit this pic to one of the scrapbook magazines. I bet they would grab that up and use it. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try. Maybe someone here at ACOT has some connections to help you get your foot in the door. I'm serious, this is just too cute.
